All-wheel drive Geely Atlas will enter the Russian market

Geely has announced the upcoming entry of an all-wheel drive version of Atlas crossover into the Russian market. Like the front-wheel drive version of the new generation SUV, which debuted on the market in early 2024, the novelty will be offered in three versions, Autonews reports, citing the press service of the Chinese automaker.

The novelty is equipped with automatic all-wheel drive system of the sixth generation, which automatically distributes thrust along the axes in a ratio of up to 50:50. The list of modes now includes Offroad (for easy off-road driving) and Snow (for driving in winter).

The power unit, as in the previous version, is represented by uncontested 4-cylinder 2.0-liter 200-HP petrol turbocharged engine with 325 Nm of torque, coupled with 8-speed Japanese Aisin automatic gear box with a torque converter.

The model cost in Russia is not yet known.
