SKM M7 minivans and vans are equipped with air breather petrol engine displacement of 2 liters and capacity of 137 HP, coupled with 5-speed manual gear box. Vehicles have rear-wheel drive layout with a rear axle on springs. The all-metal body is equipped with 5 doors, with two sliding doors located on both sides. The robust construction ensures optimal load capacity: the minivan is designed to carry seven people, including the driver, and the van - 715 kg of cargo. The cargo compartment volume of the van is 5 m³.

SKM vehicles have been specially adapted for the convenience and reliability of operation in Russian conditions. Both M7 versions are additionally equipped with engine and gas tank protection, footrests for the convenience of boarding and disembarking the driver and passengers. Moreover, the body panels are galvanized. The power unit of the vehicle allows the use of gasoline with octane rating of 92 (AI-92).
