The Tutaevsky Motor Plant, KAMAZ subsidiary in the Yaroslavl region, is preparing production of a new series of engines. In 2025, the company's partner, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant JSC, will produce a pilot batch of K-7M Kirovets tractors equipped with new TMZ V8 engines.

Alexander Shevtsov, Deputy Chief Designer of TMP PTC explained that these are engines capacity of 370-465 HP with improved characteristics that directly affect the vehicle performance: heat transfer, specific power, fuel consumption. The new TMZ V8 engine series includes two basic models.
