600 KAMAZ-54901 tractor units will be shipped to NATCAR

During the year, KAMAZ will supply 600 KAMAZ-54901 LNG tractor units to NATCAR. The first 30 vehicles have already been received by the transport and logistics company's fleet.

The delivery was carried out within the framework of an agreement on the development of gas-powered vehicles and alternative fuels in commercial cargo transportation, which the companies signed at the SPIEF 2025. Under the terms of the deal, the manufacturer shall supply a total of 600 KAMAZ-54901 gas-powered tractor units to NATCAR: 300 vehicles by the end of 2025 and the same quantity by June 2026. The carrier's strategy assumes that liquefied natural gas vehicles will make up half of its fleet.

KAMAZ-54901 running on LNG is a gas–powered version of the K5 generation flagship. In this modification, the vehicle is equipped with KAMAZ R6 (Euro-5) gas engine capacity of 460 HP, automatic gear box and two cryotanks holding 1,060 liters of liquefied natural gas.
