20 thousand XCite cars are planned to be produced in Saint Petersburg by the end of the year
Avtozavod Saint Petersburg expects to assemble 20,000 XCite cars by the end of 2024, according to the enterprise director Ivan Mironov.
Mr. Mironov also clarified that the production plan for 2025 has not yet been approved and depends on the current sales volume. According to him, the car market is currently declining. At the moment, 5 thousand XCite cars have been sold.
Recall that Avtozavod Saint Petersburg produces Xcite X-Cross 7 and Xcite X-Cross 8 crossovers at the site of the former Nissan plant in Kamenka.

The Chinese GAC plans to present Aion V electric crossover in Russia in March, according to the brand's press service.
