As part of the project to modernize production, PJSC Tuymazinsky Concrete Truck Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Bashkiria, commissioned a new paint-drying chamber and a shot blasting line.

The equipment is manufactured using modern technical solutions. The contract for the supply and installation of equipment was concluded with ALPHA-TECH LLC. The installation work was started at the beginning of this year; the equipment was installed in the paint shop.

Now, before the part gets into the paint chamber, it will additionally undergo another stage of abrasive cleaning from corrosion, scale and other types of contamination in the shot blasting chamber, as a result, the quality of the product itself improves and the adhesion of the surface to paint materials increases. The dimensions of the shot blasting chamber allow preparing the surface of both long, large-sized products (up to 18 m) and smaller products for painting. Each frame of a semi-trailer, trailer, concrete mixer or any other unit manufactured by the Tuymazinsky Concrete Truck Plant will pass through this section.
