The production of domestic electric cars is planned to be launched this year
Production of electric cars developed by Russian engineers will begin in Russia by the end of 2025, RuNews24 reports.
For example, an assembly line for a new Russian electric car will be launched at the Moskvich plant. The pre-production sample has already been successfully tested at a special training ground in May.
Mass production of electric cars will start in the second half of the year. The localization level will be 65%, which means the predominance of components from Russian companies.
