PJSC "OSVAR", an enterprise of the OAT Group, part of the KAMAZ structure, manufactured a metal stand for containers, which made it possible to improve the ergonomics of the workplace and reduce the labor intensity when welding the reflector.

The FG152A-3743 220 reflector is welded of three parts. And if two small-sized parts are poured into the container according to the application per shift, the third large-sized part (housing) was supplied in a metal container, which led to unnecessary movements of the operator to get the components from the container to perform the operation. The metal stand manufactured according to the drawings of the leading process engineer Ivan Ivantsov made it possible to minimize unnecessary movements of the operator and even out the number of manufactured parts. Changes and improvement of the ergonomics of the workplace at the structure welding site reduced the manufacturing time of the part. As a result, the complexity of the operation declined by 15%.
